Kate Blunt

Since 2017, I have been running my psychotherapeutic practice, supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I gained my qualifications in the United Kingdom, and as a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP No. 00883958), I guarantee the highest standards of care. I provide therapy in both Polish and English, offering in-person as well as online sessions.

Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Support in working with persistent anxiety symptoms and physical reactions. I help you understand the roots of these disorders and the mechanisms behind anxiety states and panic attacks. Therapy provides a space to gradually regain balance, strengthen resilience, and build a sense of inner calm and control.

Stress & Burnout

Support for individuals experiencing chronic stress and burnout. Therapy helps identify sources of overload and the signals coming from your emotions and body. It fosters psychosomatic balance, resource regeneration, and the development of healthier ways of functioning.

Autism Spectrum & ADHD

I work with individuals with ADHD and those on the autism spectrum, helping them understand their unique needs, emotions, and ways of functioning. Therapy provides space to build coping strategies for everyday life, strengthen agency, and foster self-acceptance.

Domestic Abuse

I support people who have experienced domestic violence or abuse in a safe process of regaining control, dignity, and self-trust. Therapy helps you understand the mechanisms of violence, strengthen boundaries, and slowly rebuild safety and agency.

Loss & Grief

Support through the grieving process after the loss of a loved one and in especially difficult situations — such as miscarriage, pregnancy loss, traumatic birth, or high-risk pregnancy. Support is also available for partners and families.

Palliative Care Support

I offer psychotherapeutic support for people living with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones. Therapy during the end-of-life process provides a safe space to experience difficult emotions, share the burden, and find strength. To ensure maximum comfort and safety, sessions can also be arranged at the patient’s home.
