My
story
and experience
My name is Kasia Blunt, and since 2017 I have been supporting adults and adolescents on their journey toward regaining inner balance through my psychotherapeutic practice. My work is dedicated to individuals who struggle, among other things, with anxiety, low mood, depression, and difficulties arising from personality disorders.
I support my clients through both in-person and online sessions, ensuring the therapeutic process is built on a foundation of safety and mutual trust. My approach has evolved over the years, beginning with my studies in Music Therapy at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław. It was there that my fascination with psychotherapy and the depth of human connection was born. I have built my professional experience working with children, the elderly, stroke patients, and neurodivergent individuals. My work in the fields of dementia and palliative care has taught me profound humility toward human suffering and the art of accompanying others through life’s most challenging moments.
I further developed my professional qualifications in the United Kingdom, completing postgraduate studies in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Inter-Psyche Institute in Dartford. As a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP, registration number 00883958), I practice in accordance with a rigorous ethical framework. I guarantee the safety of my clients by regularly subjecting my work to mandatory clinical supervision. Thanks to my integrative approach, I am able to flexibly adapt therapeutic methods to your individual needs and the pace at which you wish to work.
I offer my support in both Polish and English, allowing me to assist individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Regardless of the burden you carry, I invite you to a space where you will be heard with mindfulness and respect.

Frequently asked
questions
Most often, we work on an open-ended basis, meaning we do not set a fixed number of sessions in advance. The duration of therapy is tailored to your individual needs and the pace at which you wish to work. In some cases – depending on the specific challenges and goals – it is also possible to agree on a set number of sessions, with the option to extend the process if needed.
This is a very individual matter. It depends on several factors, including the nature of the challenges you are facing, your readiness for change, the intensity of your difficulties, and the strength of the therapeutic alliance. Some people experience an initial sense of relief after just a few sessions. However, deeper and more sustained change typically requires a longer process. Therefore, it is not possible to precisely determine the exact number of sessions in advance.
